Saved on the device
The moment a visitor taps submit, the entry is written to the iPad’s storage. Not to the cloud first. To the device, immediately.

Synced exactly once
Entries queue safely offline, through app restarts and reboots. When the connection returns, each one syncs automatically, exactly once, with no duplicates.

Backed up on board
Every entry is also written to an on-device CSV backup, so there is always a second copy on the iPad itself.
Once synced, leads are delivered wherever you work: Google Sheets, Dropbox, iCloud, email, or any webhook including Zapier.

How to claim
Email support@flowvella.com with the device, the date, and what’s missing. We’ll investigate with you, and if Flow Kiosk lost a submitted lead, we will refund you. That simple.
